TUESDAY. OCSE OF LORDS,—The St. Phillip's Church (Liverpool) Bill was read the third time and passed. The Earl of Redvs.laie fixed the second reading of his Oaths Bill for Tuesday week. The Settled Land Bill and the Conveyancing Bill passed through committee, n.4 did also the Slate Mines (Gun- powder) Bill. In repley to Lord Stanley of Alderlev, the Lor 1 Chancellor said that he couli not see his way to re instate on thecommitsion of the peace Captain Pearson, who had beeu con- victed of bribery.
