DEXBIGHfTES IX FRANCE. Gunner Arthur Price (late of the Pi ce. Press staff) sends some interest- ing particulars of life in France in the particular section at the base he is stationed. He remarks that he has only come across one man from Denbigh since he has been in France, and that one was a fellow-member of the English Church Sunday School, namely, "Harold Hudson Jones," formerly an assistant at Messrs. Harrison Jones & Co., chemists, who was a teacher in the Sunday School, and much esteemed. He was (when Arthur Price saw him) in a draft ot the Royal Field Artillery going up to the front line. Naturally when the Denbigh and district men see any of the R.W.F., they keep a keen look out for a possible chum or ac- quaintance, for they are always look- ing forward to news from the old homes. Gunner Arthur Price is in good health and proud to be doirg something to help his country and people in this terrible struggle. He was seen, though he did not know it at the time, by another Denbighite, the youngest son of the late Mr Meyrick Evans, the former Corpora- tion foreman, whose company was going up to the front.
