At Bath Police-court William Joseph Lowell, who some years aco achieved considerable notoriety in Bath and elsewhere in consequen e of certain religious services he hel.1, has been remanded on 't charge of bigau:ously marrying Eva Frances Brown, at Bath in 1882, his first wife, to whom he was married in 1876, being then alive.
