'RUABOlf' POLICE COURT. A DEARTH OF MAGISTRATES. These Sessions were on Friday at ten a.m. No magistrate. appearance at that hour but afljef considerable delay a magistrate who was. driving through the the village to Wr^Jtftarri—-Mr R Pritchard of .CefO-was c I.Od to the cdurt to ad- journ the cases. Hs announced to those who hid business at the meeting that the magistrates would not sit until three p.m. At that ^our Dr Lawton Roberts and Mr Pritchard took their seats, and heard the cases returned, for the day. DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. P.C. Roberts summoned Mary E Jones, and Eliza Jones, Owen-street, Rhos, for being drunk and disorderly, and they were each fined 2/6 and costs. A SCHOOL CASE. John Roberts. Tainant, Penycae, was summoned at the last court for not send- ing his child regularly to school, and the case was adjourned in order that the mag- istrates might see whether any improve- ment took place, and the case was dis- missed on payment of the costs. BOUND OVER. Margaret Green, Cross, Rhos, summon- Hannab Evans, Cross, Rhos, for using threats on June 26th. Both parties were bound over to keep the peace.
