I "M ary Ann Fallo". an aged widow, living in apaitmenta in rcet, Birmingham, buried her husband on Wednesday, and was heard to say it would not be long before she followed hi:a. After attending the funeral she went to, bed, and the next morning she wss found sus- pended to the bedpost by a piece of stout siring. "h-n the husband died the widow was left d'^+itnte, but a collection in the neighbourhood defrayed tho expenses of the funeral. The woman was a cripple, having lost an arm. A letter was found in her pocket, together with two halfpennies. The letter ran Please, God, forgive me. I have not a friend in the world now my poor husband is dead. Oh, God, forgive me.
