DEATH OF LADY MARGARET HOWARD. We regret to announce that Lady Margaret Howard, sister of the Duke of Norfolk, died at Arundel Ctmtte at seven o'clock on the evening of the 10th inst. Her illness had lasted for nearly three years. The Dtike.ofi Nor/plk* Lady Mary Howard, Lady Edmund Talbpt and Miss Talbot, Dr. and Lady Philippa Stewart* and o^her relatives were present at lhe last. Lady Margaret Fitzalan Howardwas the youngest daughter of the 14th Duke of Norfolk, by his marriage with the youngest daughter of the first Lord Lyons, and was in her 40th year. One sister of Lady Margaret's, Lady Minna Howard, is a Carmelite nun; another, Lady Etheldreda Howard, is a sister of charity.
