NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that application is intended to be made to Parliament, in the ensuing Session, for leave to bring in a Bill to con- tinue, extend, amend, alter, and enlarge, the powers and provisions of an Act passed in the Fifty-Ninth Year of the Reign of 1:1 is Majesty King George the Third, entitled "An Act to repeal so much of an Act of the Fortieth Year of His present Majesty, for Repairing certain Roads in the County of Monmouth, as relates to the Pontypool and Usk Districts of Roads, and for granting other powers in lieu thereof, and for making a New Branch of Road from the said Usk District."And also of the several public Acts of Parliament continuing such powers and provisions so far as such Acts relate to the Usk District of Roads in the County of Monmouth, and also to con- tinue and extend or enlarge the term granted and continued by such Act or Acts, or to repeal such Act or Acts, and to create a further term and make fur- ther provisions with reference to the said roads, And it is also intended by the said Bill to authorise the making of; arrangements with reference to the respective mortgage debts and charges on the said roads, and the tolls taken thereon and the interest thereof.
