THE LIVE STOCK consists of 12 prime and well- bred young cows, good milkers, and to calve in good season 7 two-year-old steers 2 yearling ditto 2 yearling heifers 6 steer calves 5 heifer ditto; 5 prime fat heifers (the above are all of the Hereford breed, and of excellent quality) powerful cart mare, in foal; 1 four-year-old ditto; 3 strong cart horses 1 two-year-old cart colt 4 yearling cart colts, three of which are got by Mr. Davies', of Langstone, celebrated grey horse; sucking colt, by the same noted horse; yearling cart colt; 2 large store pigs 3 sows with 18 pigs. THE IMPLEMENTS consist of 1 broad wheel waggon, 1 new ditto 4i-inch wheel, 2 broad wheel carts, 2 iron ploughs, 2 pairs of harrows, roller, large iron scuffler, double-action turnip cutter, chaff machine with two knives, nearly new winnowing machine, 2 iron pig troughs, 2 wood ditto, haul rake, long ladder, short ditto, a quantity of pikes, rakes, and shovels, wheelbarrow, a number of old cart wheels, 20 cow chains, 3 sets of long harness, 2 short ditto, 2 ditto G.O. saddle and bridle, the usual assortment of dairy utensils, 2 ricks of prime hay, about 50 tons, to go off the premises, 1 ditto, about 25 tons, to be consumed on the premises, rick of wheat, about 110 bushels, and about 140 bushels of wheat in the turn rick of barley, about 37 sacks, and rick of oats, about 17 sacks; a quantity of potatoes, and about 90 acres of grass, till 2nd February, 1864.
