Samples oi such articles as admit ot them must bo sent at the time of sending in the tenders. All articles to be delivered at the Prison, free of ex- pense, in such quantities, and at such time, as the Governor may require. Security will be required for the due performance of the contracis, and the Visiting Justices do not pledge them- selves to accept the lowest tender. Names of Sureties to be mentioned ill the tender.
