ST. MARTIN'S CHURCH, HAVERFORDWEST. THIS Church is ill a state of decay throughout toof, -walls, and windows, and the dry rot is active in the interior. It is not fit for worshippers, and, if not at once repaired, will soon be- come a ruin. To effect the repairs barely necessary above £1000 is required of the money that shall be contributed a landowner— the Rev. J. H. A. Philipps, Picton Castle, has promised to add the tenth. Towards the amount requisite L476 has been contributed. A church rate has been refused. The population, chiefly poor • people, is over 2000. The income of the living is B86 a year; the tithes go to an impropriator, resident in. America. Assistance is earnestly solicited. 'Thou shalt find it after many days.'
