ILANGEITHO, CARDIGANSHIRE. SALE OF FREEHOLD PROPERTY. ME. DAVID T. DAVIES has been instructed by R. S. Rowland, Esq., of Garth, to offer for sale by publio auction at Talbot Hotel, Tregaron, on Tuesday the 25th day of November, 1902, at 1.30 o'clock in the afternoon, subject to conditions to be then and there produced, the following most desirable freehold properties:— LOT 1. Two messuages with the gardens and outbuildings belonging therto, called Cnwcygneuen, situate near Meidrim Road, in the village of Llangeitho in the county of Cardigan, and which said messuages are now in the occupation of Evan Williams. LOT 2. All that messuage or dwelling house, garden and premises, called No. 1, Meidrim Road, Llangeitho, aforesaid, now in the occupation of P.O. Jones. LOT 3. All that messuage garden and premises called No. 4, Meidrim Road, Llangeitho, aforesaid, now in the occupation of Rees Morris. LOT 6. All that messuage or dwelling house, garden, out- buildings and premises formerly commonly called or known as the Old Gleve House, but now called or known as the Glover's House, situate near Meidrim Road, Llangeitho, aforesaid and now in the occupation of Evan Evans. LOT 7. All that messuage or dwelling house, garden and premises, situate adjoining or near Meidrim Road > Llangeitho, aforesaid, and now in the occupation o^ Elizabeth Jones. The whole of the above lots are subject to a Lease for 70 years from the 29th day of September, 1883, at the yearly ground rent of £8 10s which ground rent has been apportioned among the several lots as iollows:— „ Lot 1, <8110.
