EVAN JONES has received instructions to offer for SALE BY PUBLIC AUC- TION,on Thursday,the 9th day of August,1877, on the Premises, at 2.30 p.m., the MILITIA BARRACKS, in one or more Lots, as may be decided at the time of Sale, and subject to such conditions as will be there and then produced. The Property is well situated in the Town, and affords a good opportunity for investment. It stands onlan area of nearly 2,000 square yards, and was orginally erected at a cost of £ 3,000. At a moderate outlay, it can be converted into good and commodious Dwelling- houses. The corrugated Iron Shed, lately put up by the County at a considerable cost is easily removed. The Building and Shed are in an excellent state of preservation. The Sale will take place in the Board Rooms, on the Premises as above.
