SCURLOCK, EDWARD WILLIAMS, Treasurer. JOSEPH PRICE, Secretary The Auditors have been given to understand that J640 received from Ferndale, and other places, have been paid into the Bank at Cardiff, per Mr. W. Abraham, of which no account has been produced to us, which we, as auditors, consider that all monies ought to be paid to the Treasurer, and to be properly accounted for. We cannot but censure the conduct of anyone that takes upon himself to act other- wise, as it will lead ultimately to great con- fusions. D. P. T. S.
