W12, the under-named, being thirteen of the Proprietors of the Swansea Canal Navigation, and each of us possessed of iive shares iu the said Naviga- tion, do hereby deem it necessary that a SPECIAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY of the said COMPANY 01 PROPRIETORS sliall be held for thépurposc of affixing the common seal of the said Company of Proprietors to fi Petition intcmled to be presented to Pariianient by the «aid Companyvof Proprietor: to prevent the passing of the Oystermouth"Canal Bill in its present state into a law and also for the purpose of affixing their' said common seal to .another Petition, intended to be presented to Parliament l)y the Said Company, praying that certain of the said Company of Proprietors niay be annually elected at-their- General Assembly as Trustees in the intended Swansea Harbour Act; and also respecting other Trustees to be named, clauses, or matters in the said Bill mentioned.
