GOWER, TRINITY C.M. CHAPEL, LLANMADOC. The annual tea and concert was held at the above place on Thursday last, when the following ladies presided at the tables :—Mrs. M. Bevan Mrs. Beynon, Mrs. Davies, Mrs. Dix, Mrs. Tanner, Mrs. Bevan, and Miss Willis. After full justice had been done to the good things provided, the Rev. T. Williams was voted to the chair. The entertainment opened with the singing of "Heavenly Jerusalem Towers," followed by prayer. The following comprised a most enjoy- able programme .—Anthem by the choir, Mr. Tanner (conductor)'; recitation, Master J. Harry sole and chorus, Miss Annie Tanner duet, Mr. Tom Thomas and Tanner; anthem No. 2 in Choice Jewels by choir; recitation. Miss Sarah Wheale solo, Mr. T. Thomas anthem by choir recitation, Miss E. Beynon quartette by the Misses R. Phillip, R. Taylor, and Messrs. S. Phillip and J. Tanner recitation, Miss Amethur Arthurs solo and chorus, Miss A. Tanner anthem, choir; quartette, the Misses M. and A. Tanner, and Messrs. P. and J. Tanner recita. tion, Miss M. Williams. A vote of thanks to the chairman, the ladies who provided, the Llangen- mth Party, and Mr. Tom Thomas brought a most successful concert to a close.
