Latch, Esq., seconded by Mr. J. Corsbie 1. That it is with sincere regret we are made acquainted with the determination of our present Member, B. Hali Esq., of Llanover, not to become a Candidate for the repre- sentation of the Monmouthshire Boroughs at the next disso- lution of Parliament. That we consider his conduct through- out the three Parliaments in which he has had a seat in the Mouse of Commons, to have been uniformlv consistent with *he liberal and constitutional principles which he avowed at his first election.
