TO FLOCKMASTERjS, FARMERS AND OTHERS rtmE ATTENTION of Flockmasters, 1 armers, and others is directed t0 the Regulations made by the Cardigan County Council at a Quarterly Meeting held on July 26th 19i6, under the Sheep Scab Order of 1905, as amended by the Sheep Scab Order, 1910. Under the Regulations when sheep are moved into this County from any of tho adjoining counties, the occupier of the premises into which they are moved must- forthwith give notice of the arrival to an zuspector of the Local Authority and the Sheep must as soon as practicable after their arrival be dipped twice within an in- terval uf not less than seven and not more than fourteen days between the two dippings, the dipping to take place in tho presence of an Inspector, who has power to extend the time for dipping or exempt sheep from the dipping required by the Regulations, if he is satisfied that such extension or exemption is desirable. Sheep required to be dipped must not be moved from the place of destination with- out a Licence to be granted by an In- spector.
