THE ATTEMPTED MURDER OF BANK OFFICERS.—True Bills have been found by the North Tipperary Grand Jury against Palmer and Kirwan for attempting to rob and murder the officers of the National Bank at Nenagh. The prisoners were arraigned at the rising of the Court on Tuesday on three indictments. Palmer pleaded not guilty. Kirwan said he only stopped the horse. A plea of not guilty was recorded for him. An application will be made by the Crown to postpone the trial to the Summer Assizes. MILITARY THANKSGIVING.—There will be a special Thanksgiving Service for the Household Brigade, for the recovery of the Prince of Wales, in the Royal Military Chapel, Wellington Barracks, St. James's Park, to-morrow morning. The Duke of Cambridge will be present. Prince Edward of Saxe-Weimer and other members of the Royal Family are expected to attend. The service will be choral. The Chaplain- General will preach the sermon.
