PROSPECTUS: This Company is formed for the purpose of acquiring working the Cwm Issa Slate Quarry, near Capel Urrig, North Wales. Quarry managers of the highest standing have ex- plained the property, and speak in the most tattering terms of the Quality and quantity of slate rock on the elltate. The slate is of a superior quality, and in all respects litoilar to the renowned Festiniog slate. The slate on the property is very extensive.
