Fined 10s, including costs in each case.—Mr II 11 Williams, district auditor, charged Benjamin Davies, Blaencillech, Llandyfriog, late assistant overseer for the parish of Llandyfriog, with neglecting to pay to the treasurer of the Guardians of the Newcastle-Emlyn Union the sum of £ 31 2s 8d. Settled.-David Thomas, labourer, Blaen- pystiil, Cilrhedyn, charged Rachel Thomas, Halfway House, Capel E*bii, with wilful damage to leek: rhubarb, and cabbages, value Is. Settled.-Evan Evans Mathius, Newcastle Emlyn, overseer of the poor for the patish of Ccnaith, charged Rachel Macalooin, White Hart, Mary Jones, Ebenezer- Htrect, Rnd John Jones, Farmer's Arms, Newcastle- Emlyn, with non-payment of pour aul highway rates. The two former were ordered to pay the rates and costs, and the latter case was adjourned until the 2Gth June.
