WE, THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD, having received and duly considered an application under Section 4 of the Private Street Works Act, 1892, from the Rural District Council of Gwyrfai for the issue of an Order putting in force in the con- tributory place of Llanllyfni, in. their Dis- trict, so fa.r as regards- certain streets, certain I provisions of that Act as herein-after men- tioned, do hereby Declare and Order as follows Article I.—Until We by Order otherwise direct, the provisions of Section 19 of the Private Street Works Act, 1892, shall be in force in the said contributory place, so far as regards the streets known as Chapel Street, King's Road, Snowdon Street, and Victoria Road; and the said Rural District Council shall accordingly 'be invested with all the powers, rights, duties, capacities, liabilities, and obligations which an Urban District Council may, by the adoption of the eaid Act, acquire under those provisions in the said contributory place, so far as regards the said streets. Article II.—This Order shall come into operation on the Thirtieth day of October, One thousand nine hundred and five, and the said Rural District Council shall cause it to be published once in some newspaper cir- culated within their District before that date.
