Sheep Worrying at Llandough. At the Penarth Police Couiton Monday, J. Johnson, boarding-house keeper, Cardiff, was summoned by -Mr •1 ohn Williams, fain cr Llandough, for the payment of J64, damage caused through a dog belonging to de- fendant worrying his sheep. Evidence was given by' prosecutor and another man to the effect that the dog went into a field adjoining the main roadway at Llan- dcugh, and killed one sheep and injured another. For the defence, Win. Burke and Peter Peterson, two persons who drove with defendant to Pellal th Dock, stated that three dogs followed that belonging to de- fendant, but they were certain defendant's dog did not leave the trap. The Bench ordered defendant to pay the amount of the damages claimed and costs.
