Correspondence, PENARTH TO THE FRONT. To the Editor of the Penarth Chronicle. Dr:A n SIR.- I was glad to read your notes re the new Tabernacle Baptist Chapel in last week's issue, and to notice that our esteemed townsman. Mr D. G. Price, the contractor, had encouraged local tradesmen for'stained windows and internal fittings. There is one item J am rather interested in noticing, that the not only substantial, but artistic outside gates and railings were manufactured on a Penarth anvil, by one of our men from the ranks, Mr Edward Allen. This is what I should call "Liberal Conservatism" cn the Contractor's part, and I'll supply your demands at current price on the tradesman's part. Let us hope this spirit in both customers and tradesmen will extend. Yours Faithfully, RECIPROCATIVE HONOUR. Penarth, November 20th, 1895.
