THIS Regiment having, in compliance with a JL Memorial from the Commissioners, selected Rhyl for its Annual Training in 1889, it devolves, according to custom, upon the Inhabitants to pro- vide the necessary Grounds for the Exercises of the Troops and Horses. A Town's Committee (consisting of the Comis- sioners and others) have undertaken to raise a small Fund for that purpose, and to some extent for securing sufficient stabling, believing that the visit of the Regiment will benefit the town in many ways. The Ffrith Fawr (Volunteer Field) has been engaged for the full drills, and Cae Foryd, Wellington Road, for the foot drills.
