A Small compact and valuable IRON WORK, now in full operation, situate at Gadlys, in the parish of Aberdare, Glamorganshire, WILL BE SOLD BY AUCTION, in the month of JULY nex?, unless previously disposed of by Private Contact. The work consist of one large Blast Furnace, with Blowing Engine, and every requisite convenience, with nearly 400 Acres of Mineral Property, held under advan- tageous leases. The Works adjoin the public Tram-road leading to the Aberdare and Cardiff Canal, from which port it is distant about 24 miles. The option of purchasing the Freehold Estate on which the works are situate will be offered, which consist of about 110 Acres, completely covered with coal and iron mine.
