There is a vast-difference between real and fictitious Companies. There appears to be a New Company deal- ing in Tea, that is worthy of public attention. 1, for inv own part, am for MALT, but if People will have Tea, It is certainly better for them to have it cheap instead of dear, if of the same quality better for People to have real lea than real Poison. There is a Tea Company, whose Offices are, it seems, at No. 149, Loadenhall Street (removed to 9, Great Sr. Helen's), whose different sorts ot Tea, a Lady, of great experience in this matter, assures me are as good of their kinds as she ever tasted Now, if this be so, as I believe it is, why should not the Working Classes in particular, if they will have T,ia in preference to Malt, take this mode of making their earn iugs more effective to their support? Why should they not apply to the purchase of meat and bread apart. at least, of that which they now give out of their sweat to fatten the cormoraiit Monopolizers of this article of Tea?' P.S. The Agent will engage to supply families with chests (841bs.) and boxes (12 tt)501bs.), allowing five per cent. discount from any of the above prices, carriage free. LISLE, Rector of that parish; and, though cautioned and admonished, did repeat the offence, for which be, very properly, did institute a suit against 11s in the Ecclesiastical Court of Llandaff; and, notwithstanding the admonition and kind advice of the Chancellor, we refused to plead guilty, following the advice of certain farmers and evil-disposed persons, who promised to hold us harmless, but now have leit us in the lurch and, being convicted of the said offences, by due course of law, (being unable to make any defence) by which we have subjected ourselves to certain Ecclesiastical censures, and liable to heavy costsof suit, which. being unable to pay, we have been sent to prison. But the Reverend Dr. Lisle, considering us the dupes of artful and wicked men, has kindly consented to release us, for which benevolent act we humbly thank him, begging his pardon, and promising to behave in au orderly manner for the future. It is situate in a county where the last year's expciience has demonstrated that the wealthy prefer the certain tenure of Terra Firma to the more equivocal enjoyment of Funded Property. THE INFLUENTIAL POWER which will necessarily appertain to the possessor of THIS VAST DOMAIN OF MOST EXCELLENT MEADOW PASTURE AND ARABLE CANI), need hardly to be the subject of remark; the situation gives to it a most important qualification. Its conti- guity to Newtown Town, and being within reach of Shrewsbury, Welchpool, and Bishop's Castle Markets and in direct communication with the Western Branch of THE MONTGOMERY CANAL, to Liverpool, Manchester, Chester, Birmingham, and London, will not be uuder-rated by those who take the pains to reflect, ere they invest, it secures by this means a ready market for its produce at all seasons. The Es- tate underconsideration includes TWENTY.SEVEN FREEHOLD FARMS, exceeding THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ACRES, tenants unexceptionable, contented, and affluent. THE TITHE AND POOR RATES MODERATE; and the London Mail passes daily through THIS VAST TERRITORY OF THE FRUITFUL PRODUCE OF A RICH SOIL. The Lands of LORD CLIVE, LORD CAHRINGTON, and C. H. Tracey, Esq. adjoin this desirable property. These are only a few of the advantages that appear to be almost exclusively the inheritance of the possessor of this fine property, and which is offered under circumstances that gives it a decided claim to preference. To those who kaow the Town and Trarle of Merthyr Tydvil it would be superfluous to enlarge upon tho increasing importance and commerce of that place and its neighbourhood; but, to those who are unacquainted with its peculiar advantages, it may be necessary to state that it is surrounded by IronWorks, the most extensive in the kingdom, giving abundant employment and ample remuneration to a labouring population of 30,000 persons who, not indulging in the pernicious habit of drinking ardent spirits, have recourse to the more pure and healthy beverage produced from Malt. It is only necessary to vend a Genuine Article to iusure one of the most Flourish- ing Trades in the United Kingdom.
