I feel that it is unnecessary to say more than that my opinions are in harmony with those of the great majority of the electors. You are w, 11 aware of my efforts on behalf of Liberalism at both of the Parliamentary elections of 1874 and 1885, and I have had the honour of representing you on the school board for 18 years, also on the board of guardians for 11 years. I humbly ask you once more to support me, and to return me as your representative to this honourable position. As in the past, so in the future it will be my pleasure to watch your interests in all matters to the best of my ability. I am. Ladies and Gentlemen, Yours obediemy, HENRY ANTHONY. YORATH, f uon- Sw*- gWANSEA OLD BREWERY COM- PANY, LIMITED. (SINGLETON BREWERY, SWANSEA.) The Company, having recently remodelled and Ittef the Brewery throughout with modern plant, are now brewing MILD AND BITTER ALES AND STOUT3, the purity of which is guaranteed; only the finest Malt and Hops are used in their manufacture, and as regards delicacy of flavour and brilliancy it is believed that these Ales cannot fail to give satisfaction. Special attention is invited to the CRYSTAL BITTRB and LIGHT BITTEK ALES, in the production 01 which an effort has been made to meet the growing demand for a pleasant and refreshing beverage of low alcoholic strength, but containing the essential nourishment of malt extract and the tonic principle of the hop. That this attempt has been successful will be seen on reference to the subjoined report by Mr FRANK FAULKNER, the well-known analyst, of Oldbury. MR FAULKNER S REPORT. I have examined carefully the sample of liebt bftMI beer sent here for analysis, and must really com- pliment your Company upon the general reawfa arrived at. I found the sample absolutely brilliant and recom mendably palatable, while the appended figures will confirm my statement that it represents a description of beer not always readily met with at the present day, the percentage of acid being low, that of actual alcohol far under normal limit, while the proportioe of dextrinous matter present amid dry extract accounts for the peculiar viscidity of the fluid, and its fitness for consumption as a lischt description of a truly nourishing yet slightly alcoholic beverage. The sample also is absolutely pure in every sense ef the word, and represents a beer produced entir e1, of malt of good quality, while both flavour and aroma lead me to believe that the type of hops used in the production of this fluid must also have been of higb class quality. I need hardly say that I am very pleased to report in so favourable a manner, ami trust that your ligkt Crystal Pale will soon make its way locally, THE COMPANY IIAVE BEEN AWARDED THE BRONZE MEDAL AT THE NATIONAL BREW.
