To empower the Corporation to grant as a free gift to or for the University of Wales a site in the said park whereon to erect buildings for the University and the officials thereof. 3. To empower the Corporation with or without pecuniary consideration to grant in perpetuity or lease for any term of vears to or for the use of the University College of South Wales and Mon- mouthshire, the Glamorganshire Cou Council, or to or for the use of any educational or other public or local authority institution or hodyany lands in the said park for the erection thereon of buildings. 4.
