REPRESENTATION OF THE PEOPLE BILL: REDISTRIBUTION OF SEATS, BOUNDARY COMMISSION. Parliamentary Borough of Merthyr Tydfil, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Commissioners appointed for the purposes of the above-named Bill have provisionally deter- mined that the Parliamentary Borough of Merthyr Tydfil shall consist of the County Borough of Merthyr Tydfil together with the Urban Districts of Aberdare and Mountain Ash. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Hugh Robert Williams, Esquire, one of the Assistant Com- missioners, will attend at the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Merthyr Tydfil, on Monday, the 16th day of July, 1917, at II o'clock in the Forenoon, for the purpose of hearing any objections to the proposed constitution of the Parliamentary Borough. Any person interested may attend at the time and place above-mentioned, and be heard with reference to the matter aforesaid, but the substance of any objection should be stated in writing, and handed to the Assistant Com- missioner at the Inquiry. A map showing the boundaries of the pro- posed Parliamentary Borough will be deposited and can be inspected at the Office of the Town Clerk, Merthyr Tydfil, on any day before the date of the Inquiry, during ordinary office hours. m Witness my hand this 4th day of July, 1917. NOTICE IS BTTRTHER GIVEN that Hugh Robert Williams, Esquire, one of the Assistant Com- missioners, will attend at the Glamorgan County Hall, Cardiff, on Tuesday, the 17th day of July, 1917, at 11.30 o'clock in the Forenoon, for the purpose of hearing any objections to the poposed constitution of the said divisions and of receiving any proposal for their alteration, Any person interested may attend at the time and place above-mentioned, and be heard with reference to the matter aforesaid, but the substance of any objection or proposal should be stated in writing, and handed to the Assistant Commissioner at the Inquiry. The ABERAVON DIVISION—consisting of the part of the Rural District of Neath which consists of the civil parishes of Baglan Higher, Baglan Lower, Coedffranc, Miehaelston Higher and Michaelston Lower, the part of the Rural District of Penybont which consists of the civil parishes of Kenfig, Pyle, Sker, Tythegston Higher and Tythegston Lower, the Municipal Borough of Aberavon, and the Urban Districts of Briton Ferry, Glyncorwg, Margam and Porth- cawl. The EASTERN DIVISION—consisting of the Urban Districts of Caerphilly and Gelligaer. The LLANDAFF DIVISION—consisting of the Rural District of Llandaff and Dinas Powis, and the Urban District of Barry. The MID DIVISION—consisting of so much of the Rural District of Penybont as is not comprised in the proposed Aberavon Division, a.nd the Urban Districts of Bridgend, Maesteg, and Ogmore and Garw. The NEATH DIVISION—consisting of the Rural District of Pontardawe, so much of the Rural District of Neath as is not comprised in the proposed Aberavon Division, and the Muncipal Borough of Neath. The PONTYPRIDD DIVISION—consisting of the Rural Districts of Cowbridge and Llan- trisant and Llantwitfardre, the Municipal Boroughlof Cowbridge, and the Urban District of Pontypridd. The WESTERN or GOWER DIVISION— consisting of the Rural Districts of Gower and Swansea, and the Urban District of Oyster- mouth. N. B .-A map showing the boundaries and contents of the several Divisions as set out above will be deposited and can be inspected at the Town Hall, Bridgend, on any day before the date of the Inquiry, during ordinary office hours.
