The accompanists at the afternoon meeting were Miss Jones, Plas Coch, and Mr. E. T. Jones, Bodfary. During the meeting (which was a short one) addresses were delivered by Mr. T. Jones, Plas Coch, and the Rev. W. E. Williams, Tremeirchion. The evening meeting was presided over by Mr. D. E. Hughes, the Cottage, Caerwys. Theac- companists were Messrs. E. T. Jones, Bodfary, and Jones, Hafod y Coed, Tremeirchion. Addresses were given by Mr. O. Williams, Glan Clwyd, the Revs. G. Parry Williams, B.A., Denbigh, and W. Benjamin, Caerwys. The singing was exceedingly good and effec- tive. Perhaps 'Scopas' and 'Adgyfodi%d' were the two tunes that were best sung. The sopranos were very good and powerful, and the other voices were well balanced. The chants were fairly well rendered. Taken altogether, the festival was a distinct success, and showed conclusively, that congre- gational singing is good in the district.
