Bank.—Mr Jones gave evidence stating that he I occupied a sitting-room and bedroom.—In reply to Mr Pugh, he said another man claimed a vote in respect of two rooms in the same house.—Mr Pugh submitted that as the rent was under E20 it would not admit of two lodger votes.—The Barrister observed that the other person mentioned did not appear to claim the vote and he did not kaow that his name had not been wrongly put down.
