He suggnded the following should be placed on the Commission of the Peace:- Kinnerton, Mr Fryer; Hawarden, Mr W. G. 0. Glad- stone, and Mr Hugh Davies; Aaton, Mr E. Sydney Taylor; and Smflg croft.
