CORRESPONDENCE.-I
CORRESPONDENCE. I We do not hold ourselves responsible fot J thp opinions of our correspondents. To the Editor. I Barmouth, May 18th, 1912. Dear Sir,— We noticed a paragraph in your last week's edition, purporting to come from Miss Owen, Hendre Hall. We have no desire to enter into any controversy on the matter, but although refugees, we have our dignity to maintain, and Miss Owen herself acknowledged before the local committee that she pulled down our flag and threw it to the yard. This, we are not prepared to stand, although, unfortunately, we are only refugees. For Belgian Refugees, VON STAPPE. I
