The deputy-Bcrough Coroner held an in- quest at Alexandra-road Schoolroom, Swan- sea, on James Whitfield, the last of the triplets, aged four months, of Annette Whit- field. The mother said the children had been weak from birth. The deceav«ed child, Jamee, which died on Tuesday, after hav- ing a fit, had been taken to the Mothers' and Babies' Welcome once a fortnight. On Monday night last the child would take no food and was ill. but she did not think it was serious enough to call in a doctor. ( Coroner: Were the triplets insured?— No, sir.
