THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE are able JL to announce that the Labour position will be relieved under the four following Schemes ) 1. Ploughmen of any medical category serving, at home can be applied for immediately on two months' furlough, and the Com- mittee will endeavour to obtain their services. 2. General Farm Hands of medical category below Class 11 A and serving at home can also be applied for immediately. I 3. The Government have decided that a limited number of I Key men (such as Tenant Farmers, Managers, Bailiffs, or the farmer's right-hand man) and of any medical category serving at home or abroad shall be released in advance of general demobilisation. Applications for these men must be made at once to the County Agrieutturat Executive Com- mittee. The following particulars are required :— ARMY (including Royal Naval Division) Name, Regimental No., Rank, Unit and where stationed, and the man's civil occu- pation. NAVY Name; Official No., Rank or Rating, Branch of Service,Ship or Establishment, and hlie man's civil occupation. 4. With regard to General Demobilization, which will take place later, Cards will be supplied on application to the County Executive Committee or to the Employ- ment Exchange, Newport, on which Farmers may apply for men serving at home or abroad whom they are arranging to employ after the war. Where must be an agreement between the Employer and the Man to this effect, and if this is so arranged such men will be earmarked for priority release when the time for genera! demobilization begins.
