OFFICIAL DESPATCH FROM LORD WOLSELEY, The Press Association has received a copy of the following telegram from the War Office From General Lord Wolseley to the Secretary of State for War. KORTI, Sunday, 3.30 p.m. Yesterday the Stafford Regiment rowed safely up the so-called Cataract of Gerendid, and are now camped at Hamdab.
