To be exciteable or nervous in a small degree is most distressing, for where can a remedy be found ? Here is one ;-Drink but little wine, beer, or spiiits, or far better, abstain from them altogether do not take coffee—weak tea is preferable get all the fresh air you can take three or four of the pills every night; eat plenty of solids, and avoid the use of slops.
