WHEREAS the Quarter Sessions of the W Peace for the said County, held at Denbigh, on the 12th day of March, 1863, the Justices assembled thereat did, by their final order, direct that within the Highway District called The Llangollen District," in the said County, four Waywardens should be appointed for the parish of Llangollen, two for each of the parishes of Llansilin, and Llanrhaiadr-yn-Mochuant, and one for each of the parishes of Glyntraian, Llansaintfraid-Glyo- Ceiriog, Llantysilio, Bryneglwys, Llangedwin, Llanar- mon-Dyffryn-Ceiriog, Llanarmon-Mynydd-Mawr. and Llancadwaladr. And Whereas Colonel Robert Myddel- tori Biddulph. M.P., Lieutenant Colonel Charles John Tottenham, The Reverend Walter Jones, Clerk, John Hamer, Esquire, The Reverend William Maddock Wil- Iiams, Clerk, The Reverend John CroxoD Phillips, Clerk, Richard Robert Wingfield, Esquire, and Lieutenant Colonel Richard Blackwood Price, being eight of Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace, acting in and for the said County of Denbigh (three of whom are resident within the said District,) did, by writing under their hards, dated the eighth day of February 1865, require the Clerk of the Peace for the said County to add to or send with the notices required by Law to be given of the holding of Courts of General or Quarter Sessions, a notice that at the Court therein mentioned, a proposal would be made to the Justices to increase the number of Waywar- dens in the said parish of Llansilin from two to five, and to increase the aumber of Waywardens in the said parish of Llanrhaiadr-yn-Mochuant from two to three, or that the Waywardens of th, said District, now sixteen in number, might be increased, and the present or increased number might be distributed among the said parishes, in a different proportion to that ordained by the said Order of Sessions and did also require the said Clerk of the Peace to send by Post, in a prepaid letter, notices to the Churchwardens and Overseers of every parish constitut- ing the sasd Highway District.
