W. Williams, (Cromwell), to the cause of religious liberty in general, and more espscially for his triumphant vindication of the rights of Nonconformists, and the religious prin- ciples which they inculcate, in opposition to the public attacks made upon them of late years in the Principality. Aud it was unanimously resolved to make a public TESTIMONIAL, so that an opportunity might be affor- ded to all who appreciate religious liberty, and the saving truths of the Word of God, to co-operate in the move- ment.
