Orders executed on the bliorlest notice. TO THE ELECTORS OF THE COUNTY OF DENBIGH. G P.-ITL P.%l E-f I ?HE Government havi:1 decided on submitting the of PIP I1! T eform to the Country by a dissolution again to offr mYi!lf of your Representatives. I felt it incumbent on me b oppose the late Bill, as inadeqllate to the WantS and requirenents of the country, and as affording no permanent settlement of the question. If again rdurued I am prepared to support a larger measure both of enfranchisement and disfranchisement, based however, on what I consider the fundamental principles of the constitution. Un all other subjects I shall continue to advocate the same ameliorations and reforms I have hitherto done convinced that a timely reparation of defect* both in Church and State is the only means of maintaining our existing institutions. I have the honor to be, Gentlemen, Your most obedient and humble Servant R. MYDDELTON BIDDULPH. Obirlc Cistle, April 7th, 1859. TO THE FREEHOLDERS AND OTHER ELECTORS OF THE COUNTY OF DENBIGH. GENTLEMEN, IN the expectation of an immediate Dissolution of the -L present Parliament, I venture fir the sixth time to solicit at your hands a renewal of the trust you have so oft -n before reposed in me. I have no fresh exposition of my political opinions to make. They are well known to you all. Nor am I aware of any vote of mine requiring special explanation. In the late division I thought it my duty to support the Government against a hostile combination of all sections of the opposition, who declared by their vote, not their disapprobation cf the Government Measure of Reform, but their refusal either to accept or even consider any emanating from Her Majesty's present, advisers. AgaiLst this vote the Government have appealed to the country. Should I again be honoured with your suffrages, I shall give to ministers an independent support, endea- vouring to do my duty as your Representative by attention to your local interests. I am, Gentlemen. Your faithful and obedient Servant, WATKIN WILLIAMS WYNN. Wynnstay, April 9th, 1859. TO THE ELECTORS OF THE DENBIGH- SHIRE BOROUGHS. GENTLEMEN, I AM advised by my friends that it is undesirable, in JL the present state of the Register, that I should disturb the peace of your Boroughs by offering myself as a Candidate at the ensuing election-an election, which most probably, will only give rise to a Parlia- ment of very short duration, and which must necessarily be speedily followed by another. The high position in which you placed me at the last election, the great personal kindnesses I then experienced, the numerous gratifying assurances now given me that 1 still retain the confidence of my friends, lead me to believe that the day is not far distant, when, with an extended franchise, to be based, I trust, on constitu- tional principles, I may reasonably hope for the honor of representing the Denbighshire Boroughs in the House of Cummons. Again thanking you for your past kindnesses, which under any circumstances, will ever remain to me a pleasing remembrance. I have the honor to be, I Your very faithful and very obliged Servant, I JAMES MAURICE. Ruihin, 15th April, 1859. TO THE ELECTORS OF THE DENBIGHSHIRE BOROUGHS. GENTLEMEN, AS the present Parliament is soon to be dissolved, L I hasten to solicit a renewal of the trust you hava twice confided to me. 1 have endeavoured to discharge the duties of a Representative in a manner worthy of a large and free Constituency. If I am again returned by you to Par- liament, I shall pursue the same course of supporting any Ministry, without reference to Party, which will uphold the honour of our country abroad, and which will propose measures calculated to ameliorate and elevate the condition of the People. I am, Your obliged and faithful Servant, TO WNSHEND MAIN WARING. 41, Har ley-street, London. GWERSYLLT FIRV, CLAY WORKS, NEAR WREXHAM. The Directors of the WELSH PERMANENT BENEFIT BUILDING SOCIETY in presenting their Sixth Annual Re- port, beg to inform the Shareholders that they have again caused a fall investigation of the position of the Society to be made, as was done last year, h9 result of the calcula- tions shew a Balance in favour of the Society of 35 8s 7d. Though the Balance appears to have 0 ightly in- creased since last year, it must be borne iff?d that the Interest allowed Investing Subscribers being calculated on a graduated increasing scale, a much larger sum has been credited them, in proportion, for Interest than was done last year; it must also be remembered that a large number of Investing Subscribers having withdrawn during the year, the relative proportion of profits accruing to those that re- main will be increased in ratio. There being a number of Subscribers who had given No. tices of Withdrawal for a long period, and who were pres- sing for the amonnts severally due to them, the Directors determined on borrowing the amount required to pay tbem all of; and consequently, contracted a lovaK^h with the Welsh Provincial Insurance Company Of 4, to be re- paid by quarterly instalments in two years. The Share- holders will perceive on referring to the aunexed State- ment of Accounts, that the first of these instalments has become due and been paid. By giving their own Bond, and thus rendeting them. selves personally liable for the zC500 so borrowed, the Di- rectors conceive they have given the best possible evidence of their own confidence in the stability of the Society.
