HOUSE NEEDED FOR MINISTER. David Moore, Tonyrefail, applied for an ejectment order against David Thomas, also of Tonyrefail. Mr W. G. Spickernell, who appeared for the applicant, said that the house at present occupied by the latter belonged to a local church who required it for the minister. Applicant had purchased re- spondent's house and a member of the church agreed to buy and renovate an alternative house for Thomas who, how- ever, declined its acceptance, although the latter house was kept vacant for fourteen days. He (Thomas) complained that the house offered to him was dirty but the church agreed to clean and paper it. The Stipendiary, addressiag Mr E. T. Davies, who appeared for the respondent, said that the necessity for finding a suit- able house for a public man Like a minister was an obvious one; and his Worship ad- journed the application for a fortnight to enable Thomas to make arrangements for vacating the premises.
