NOTICE 18 HEREBY GIVEN, that all Creditors and Persons having; any CLAIMS or DEMANDS for or against the Estate of the Reverend JOHN CLEEVES LLEWELLIN, J.P., late of Trevethin Vicarage, in the County of Monmouth, Clerk in Holy Orders, Deceased, (who died on or about the 22nd day of September,1890), and whose Will was proved bv John Charles Llewellin, cf 1, Btow-hill, Newport,Mon., William Cleeves Llewellin, of 6, Queen Anne's Gate, Westminster, and Charles John Legge, of 7, Grosvanor-place, Claughton, Cheshire, the Executors therein named, on the 2nd dayof Decem- ber, 1890, in the Llaudaff Registry of the Probate Divi- sion of the High Court of Justice), are hereby required to send in the Particulars of their Claimi and Demands to the said John Chailes Llewellin, William Cleeves Llewellin, and Charlo John Legge. or to the under- signed, their Solicitor, on or before the 1st day of MARCH, 1891. And Notice is Hereby also Given tbat after that day the said Executors will proceed to Distribute the Assets vI the Deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the Claims of which the said Executors ehalt then have notice, and that they will not be liable for the Assets or any part thereof so distri- buted to any person of whose Debt orCUim they shall not then have had notice.
