J- t The Agricultural Wages Board (England and Wales), duly established and con- stituted under Section 5 (1) of the above Act and the Regulations made by the Board of Agriculture and Fisheries dated the 8th November, 1917, having had regard to the Erovisions of sub-sections (6) and (7) of the said Section, hereby give Notice, as required y Section 5 (4) of the above Act, and by paragraph 4 of the Agricultural Wages Reg- lations, 1918, that they propose to fix the following minimum rates of wages and the following differential rates for overtime employment, as hereinafter defined, for male workmen under the age of 18 years employed in agriculture for time-work in the area comprising the administrative counties of Merioneth and Montgomery, and to define for the purpose of the application of such differential rates for overtime the employ- ment which i^ojbe^reated as overtime employment as follows, that is to say :— sommommum- 1.
