Asked why ho figned on with the ship as a Greek sub- ¡ ject, he said: "I don't ask you where i you go. Why do you ask me?" Witness produced the discharge and another book which showed defendant to have been born in Constantinople. He was committed for trial at the next Quarter Sessions.
