Richards, the inspector of the Swansea Telegraph Messengers, whose fanoral took pla.(' trom his heme, 1. Mariborough-toad. Brynmiil, on Monday. Every branch of the SwUnsea P.O. was re- presentcd, while a party of the Swansea Telegraph Messengers under Assistant. Inspectors Coates and Edwards, also took part as a last tribute to their late re- spected chief. Mr. Pascal, the Postmaster, Supt. Jenkins, a number of postmen, and several other friends were present, in- eluding some, meml>?rs of the United Service Brigade, with which thp de- coaled gentleman was actively connected. MOURNERS.
