Notes from South Wales. (From our Special Correspondent.) Undoubtedly. It is undisputable that the bi-hngual LONDON WELSHMAN has a considerably larger circulation than had the purely Welsh Celt Llundain which it superseded."—Reynolds's Newspaper. A South Wales Suggestion. "The chief proprietor of Comic Cuts has been made a Baron. How would Baron Comic Cuts do ? "—Pontypridd Observer. Pathetic Tale of the Sea.
